In Israel the most common way of 'spiking' is with liquid ecstasy or ketamin (A drug used for veterinary purposes as an anesthesia) Mixed with alcohol these drugs may be fatal. Large gatherings such as a trance dance or night clubs one is the most vulnerable. There have been reports of 'spiking by injection' the victim with these drugs who not only is at risk of being raped but may be infected with HIV or Aids.
